Retail Weekend Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Supervisor to join our team based in the heart of Belgravia.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations during the weekend, providing leadership, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and the ability to motivate a team while effectively communicating with both staff and customers.

• Oversee daily operations during the weekend, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives, updates, and feedback.
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or sales environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multilingual or bilingual capabilities being advantageous.
• Demonstrated organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
• Experience in merchandising and understanding of retail dynamics is preferred.
• Background in administrative tasks including phone etiquette is beneficial.
• A track record of successful team management and conflict resolution.
