The Opportunity:

This exclusive role sits within a growing division of a respected UK main contractor, focused solely on high-spec fit out and refurbishment. With two landmark projects currently live in Central London, they're now looking for a top-tier Commercial Manager to help shape their next chapter - a £250m growth journey over the next 5 years.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading commercial delivery on high-value, design-led fit out projects
• Working closely with senior leadership to influence strategy and margin
• Managing procurement, forecasting, reporting, and subcontractor performance
• Playing a key part in one of the most ambitious and quality-focused fit out teams in London

Who They're Looking For:

You'll already be operating at Commercial Manager level (or a strong Senior QS ready to step up), with:

• Experience in high-quality CAT A / CAT B fit out
• A reputation for sharp commercial acumen and client-facing professionalism

Location:
Central London projects - full-time office/site-based

Salary & Package:

£ NEGOTIABLE (depending on experience) + car allowance + bonus + excellent benefits
