Senior Performance Lead

We're looking for a senior performance leader to take ownership of a large, complex, multi-market performance hub for a major global consumer brand. This is a high‑profile role within an agency environment, sitting at the intersection of strategy, leadership and transformation.
You'll be the most senior performance authority on the account, responsible for setting direction across paid media disciplines and leading a sizeable, geographically distributed team across Europe and North America.
RoleAs Senior Performance Lead, you will define and drive the overall performance vision, ensuring excellence, consistency and innovation across all markets. You'll partner closely with a highly experienced and demanding client team, acting as a trusted advisor while pushing the agenda forward.
Key responsibilities- Setting and owning the performance strategy and long‑term vision across markets
- Acting as the senior point of contact for executive‑level client stakeholders
- Leading and developing senior performance leaders within the hub
- Driving cohesion and alignment across a large, multi‑market operation
- Championing and delivering major transformation and modernisation initiatives
- Ensuring best‑in‑class media buying practices and strong cross‑channel integration
- Holding teams accountable to agreed digital and performance commitments
The role has a strong emphasis on Social and Programmatic
, with Search included as part of the broader performance mix.
- Around 30 onshore and 20 offshore specialists
- Approximately 100 people across the wider hub (planning, strategy, operations)
- Member of the senior Digital Leadership Team alongside Heads, Partners and Leads
- Maternity cover
, starting mid‑late January - Pro‑rata salary: £100,000‑£120,000
- Day‑rate equivalent of approximately £385‑£462
, depending on level
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in the London office
- Core in‑office days:
Monday and Wednesday - Occasional travel to Europe for senior stakeholder meetings
