Business Management, Operations Manager
As Prestige Sales Manager for the London On‑Trade, you will take full ownership of your region's commercial performance, leading a talented team to deliver exceptional results. You'll collaborate closely with UK and global stakeholders to provide insight, identify growth opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance profitability, brand presence, and consumer engagement. This is a highly influential role where you will manage your own SOE and P&L, while driving the development, training and performance of your team.
Responsibilities- Lead The Macallan and Edrington brands to become the preferred luxury spirits partner in the On‑Trade
- Directly manage the London On‑Trade team and National MO Head, ensuring capability development through in‑field coaching, clear communication, and strong personal development plans
- Deliver channel KPIs, P&L goals, and the 0+12 plan through effective execution of distribution, activation and ROS strategies
- Build strong relationships with key On‑Trade customers, internal stakeholders, and route to market partners
- Maintain an effective customer contact strategy and oversee regular performance reviews
- Review and audit Salesforce/Aforsa reports to ensure all relevant data is being recorded, utilising this information to track progress and uncover opportunities and performance issues
- Utilise Advocacy resources to enhance education, engagement and brand experience in the right On‑ and Off‑Trade environments
You're an experienced commercial manager with a proven track record of building and managing key partnerships. You know the UK luxury drinks market inside and out—both on‑trade and off‑trade—and you bring great commercial awareness to everything you do. On top of that, you understand consumer behaviour and premium brand building, and you have the interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to inspire confidence both internally and externally.
Leading and motivating high‑performing, cross‑functional teams is second nature to you, and you’re just as comfortable working independently with pace and integrity. You’ve coached and developed others successfully, and you thrive on driving results with a proactive, action‑oriented approach. Numbers and data don’t intimidate you— in fact, you’re curious about them—and you’re proficient with CRM tools.
