Project Manager – Fire Protection

A well-established Passive and Active Fire Protection Contractor based in West London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee fire protection works across multiple sites in London.

This role will suit a Project Manager with experience delivering fire safety installations and maintenance works, working closely with site teams, clients, and compliance requirements.

The Role

* Managing multiple fire protection projects across London

* Overseeing passive fire works (fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation)

* Managing active fire systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, smoke control, AOVs)

* Delivering both new installations and maintenance / remedial works

* Programming works, coordinating labour and specialist subcontractors

* Ensuring works meet fire safety standards, specifications, and certification requirements

* Liaising with main contractors, consultants, and end clients

* Managing variations, progress reporting, and handovers

Requirements

* Experience as a Project Manager within Fire Protection, Passive Fire, or Active Fire Systems

* Strong knowledge of fire safety compliance and installation standards

* Experience managing live construction and occupied buildings

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

* Good communication and organisational skills

* SMSTS / SSSTS preferred (not essential)
