Who we’re looking for

We’re hiring for an experienced recruitment professional and leader to spearhead the launch of our new Risk & Compliance recruitment practice.

Following a record‑breaking year, we are excited to be expanding our existing client offering, by establishing a new division in Risk & Compliance.

The division will support our existing and long‑standing clients in the legal and professional services sector.

The lead for this division will have autonomy to develop the area with the direct support of the Managing Director for UK & Europe.

The opportunity

As part of our growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing high‑calibre clients from leading international legal & professional services firms
  • Develop deep market expertise within the Risk & Compliance area in Legal & Professional Services
  • Build a marketing leading reputation with Chief Risk Officer’s and firm‑wide leadership from existing legal & professional services clients
  • Work in a high‑performing, collaborative team that values success, integrity and working together to build trusted relationships with their clients and wider network
