Senior Technical Manager – Residential Developer London Bridge New Build Student & Private Residential Scheme On site end of 2026
Senior Technical Manager opportunity with a rapidly growing residential developer
, taking a lead role on a major new build scheme in London Bridge
.
The project comprises:
- 140-unit new build student accommodation
- 70 units of private residential housing
This is a key hire, with responsibility for leading the technical function through pre-construction, design development, consultant management, and delivery readiness ahead of site start end of 2026
.
- Strong background working for a residential developer
- Confident managing full technical/design process from planning through to construction
- Strong understanding of building regulations, design coordination, and consultant management
- Experience across student accommodation highly beneficial
