We are representing a well-regarded residential contractor with a strong pipeline of work across London and the surrounding counties, who are looking to appoint a Senior Building Services Manager to their team.

You'll be fully supported by an experienced and highly regarded Head of Building Services who is approachable, well-connected in the market, and invested in building a strong, collaborative team.

The role will involve overseeing several residential schemes, ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of MEP packages to the highest standards. This would suit a technically capable and commercially aware individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
