As SVP Freight Management for Europe, you will define the regional strategy, translate it into country‑level execution, and lead a high‑performing organisation to deliver against ambitious growth, revenue and capability targets. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our end‑to‑end service offering, unlocking value for customers, and positioning DP World as the partner of choice across Europe.

This role is central to shaping the long‑term future of DP World’s logistics capability in Europe.

You will bring:

• Significant experience within a senior executive role within a multinational logistics environment.
• Proven success in establishing, scaling, and growing logistics operations across multiple countries and product capabilities.
• Deep expertise in business development, customer relationship management, operational execution, and commercial delivery.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience leading budgets, P&L, forecasting and ROI‑driven decision‑making.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multicultural, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and critical‑thinking skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and readiness to travel 30–50% across the region.
