Overview
Working for blue chip clients with a global D&B firm who are professional, get repeat work and treat their staff well.
ResponsibilitiesI need a strong Pre-Con Manager to:
- Prepare Schedules / Scopes of Works - whether Budget Costs or Fixed Price Contract Sums.
- Retain and grow relationships with trusted and reliable specialist sub-contractor
- Ensuring best price is always achieved.
- Management of sites to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Presenting Scopes & Costs & Project Programmes to end-user clients.
- Have an in depth knowledge of the D&B world.
