Associate Director – Salary & Benefits- Salary Circa £75,000 DOE

This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to step into an Associate Director role and contribute to the strategic direction and continued growth of an established consultancy. The position offers significant client exposure, supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial property projects while mentoring junior team members and helping shape the future of the business.
The role will involve professional and project-based work, including acquisition and dilapidation surveys, planned preventative maintenance, contract administration, project management, and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative mindset.
Associate Director– Job Requirements
- MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor
- Substantial post-qualification experience across professional and project work
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading project teams
- Strong technical knowledge of acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ambition to contribute to business development and mentor junior colleagues
