Chief of Staff - Strategy and Transformation
2-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Location:
London-based (1–2 days per week in office)

Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + comprehensive company benefits

We are looking for an experienced professional who has a strong track record of leading strategy and transformation within the Utilities industry. The role will work closely with the CEO and the wider leadership team to shape the company’s 2030 strategy and to execute multiple strategic programmes.
- Drive the 5‑year transformation roadmap, including enterprise systems change, M&A activity, and commercial renewables opportunities.
- Co‑ordinate and facilitate transformation activities with the C‑suite.
- Support design and execution of transformation initiatives at senior level.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Either a consulting background or senior experience in a Utility business.
- Demonstrable experience working with senior leadership to co‑ordinate large‑scale programmes.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
