School Business Manager - Temporary

Salary: 17- 20 per hour (dependent on experience)

Academics is currently recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to join a school in the Dartford area
. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with school-based experience to take a key role in the leadership and management of school operations.

• Overseeing the operational management of school finances, HR, premises, and administration as the school's Business Manager
  .
• Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
• Managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance in your capacity as Business Manager
  .
• Supporting staff management processes and maintaining robust administrative systems.

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar school-based role.
• Strong knowledge of school systems, safeguarding procedures, and administrative processes.
• Excellent organisational, financial, and leadership skills.
• Enhanced DBS
• Available to start immediately
  , Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
  .

• Competitive hourly rate of 17- 20 per hour (dependent on experience).
