Transformation & Change Manager - Private Banking & Wealth Management

Join us as a Private Banking & Wealth Management (PBWM) Transformation & Change Manager

• Take the lead in driving the initiation, planning, design, and implementation of transformation initiatives in a client-facing business, ensuring alignment with our overall PBWM strategic direction
• You’ll be part of a team that supports the senior management in shaping and designing change programmes that translate PBWM’s strategic vision into clear, actionable projects
• In this role, you’ll gain excellent exposure as you work with key stakeholders to ensure continuous engagement across a broad range of projects and work streams

As a PBWM Transformation & Change Manager, you’ll support the design, coordination, and implementation of transformation and change projects across PBWM. You’ll apply your knowledge of client-facing businesses and your understanding of the broader private banking and wealth management environment to make sure that initiatives are shaped effectively and aligned with PBWM priorities.

We’ll also look to you to establish programme structures, ensuring continuous refinement and improvements aligned with the PBWM strategy. This includes the proactive identification and management of risks to enable smoother execution.

Furthermore, you’ll be:

• Building, managing, and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders across PBWM, influencing decision-making in line with business objectives
• Managing and reporting progress on projects according to our standard processes, supported by a clear understanding of development life cycles and minimum mandatory requirements
• Understanding the impacts of other programmes and effectively managing the related dependencies
• Reporting on the progress and results of transformation and change projects, using data points and client or colleague insights to monitor the quality and effectiveness of outcomes

To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience delivering strategic programmes in PBWM or other client-facing businesses to support the business strategy and growth agenda, as well as experience designing organisational change initiatives that shape and enable the bank’s long‑term direction.

You’ll also need:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in risk management and internal governance framework
• Knowledge of Nat West's change framework
