Principal Planning Officer – Strategic Applications Team

My London Borough client is a significant growth hub where the expectation for delivery is high. It is an attractive borough, on the international map but not without its challenges.

The hiring manager is looking for key members of the team that will be instrumental in transforming the Borough and opportunities available for residents.

The position is within the Strategic Applications Team, reporting directly to the Strategic Applications Manager. The right candidate will have previous Development Management experience of working on complex major applications as lead officer, with an understanding of s106 agreements and viability negotiations.

Ideally, you will have a positive approach to development and a desire to put sustainable development policies into practice.

Carrington West Pay Rate - £54-57 per hour

Hybrid working offered with some weekly office presence required.
