With a growing and diverse portfolio spanning offices and shopping centres across the UK-from Aberdeen to Bridgwater-my client is looking for a Facilities Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.

- Manage a diverse portfolio of multi-let offices and retail centres.
- Play a key role in new acquisitions and strategic property improvements.
- Oversee contractor performance
, service delivery, and value for money. - Manage repairs, upgrades
, and compliance across all properties. - Lead on-site caretakers
, ensuring smooth operations and accountability. - Draft and control service charge budgets and approve related invoices.
- Conduct health & safety assessments
, liaise with fire safety officers, and manage insurance incidents. - Provide tenant support
, resolve disputes, and ensure lease compliance. - Support new acquisitions
, TUPE transitions, and service charge appraisals.
- Proven experience in client-side commercial property management
. - Strong understanding of leases, service charges
, and compliance. - Excellent problem-solving, communication
, and organisational skills. - A proactive,
can-do attitude with energy and drive. - Ideally, experience with Re-Leased property management software.
- Membership of BIFM and/or RICS is a plus.
