Job DescriptionHealth and Safety Manager – no fixed place of work, site based across London and Kent. Flexible Benefits fund of £1,300 to utilise across an array of benefits. This is a high-impact regional role where you will champion our Zero Harm Mindset, drive continuous improvement and embed a proactive safety culture across diverse, high-profile environments across venues including Millwall Football Club, Kent County Cricket Club, The Wallace Collection, and Royal Academy of Arts.

What You'll Do- Lead and shape our HSEQ, Food Safety, Fire Safety and Wellbeing strategy
- Provide expert, data-led insight to senior leadership teams
- Drive continuous improvement in safety maturity and performance
- Lead accident and incident investigations with independence and authority
- Support Business Continuity Planning and risk management
- Conduct T1 & T2 audits and ensure robust action planning
- Champion engagement across a large, casual and agency workforce
- Ensure excellence in compliance systems including Salus, Alcumus and DMS
- Be visible, influential and hands‑on, regularly visiting sites during both operational and non-operational periods to support leaders and ensure standards are consistently met
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Level 4 Food Safety qualification
- Multi-site H&S experience (hospitality or events preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation and best practice
- Experience in risk management & business continuity planning
- Confident incident investigator
- Strong influencer with excellent communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and live events
