Vuori is seeking a strategic and dynamic
People & Culture Managerto serve as our first in-country P&C leader in Europe. This role will partner closely with the General Manager,UKand local leadership team, while acting as aliaisonto our global P&C organizationbasedin the U.S.
As we expand our retail and corporate presence across theUK& Europe,you’llbuild the foundation of our local People & Culture function designing people strategies, developing programs and workforce plans that support both immediate business needs and long-term growth.
You’llcreate scalable processes, ensure compliance with local legislation, and deliver a thoughtful, consistent employee experience aligned with Vuori’s values and culture.

In this role,you'llbe a member of the Global People & Culture team and report to the Sr.Manager People & Culture as well as work cross functionally across the broader P&C organization.
What you'll get to do:
- Establish scalable and compliant people practices that align with both European& UK legislation and Vuori’s global People model.
- Serve as a connector between theUKteam and ourGlobal
People & Culture organization, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment. - Partner with ourGlobal
P&C COEs to co-design programs and infrastructure needed for sustainable growth across retail stores and corporate roles. - Drive talent strategiesandorganization design that support business growth &future market expansion within the region through thoughtful workforce and operational planning.
- Provide insights on regional trends, risks, and opportunities that influence globalpeopleinitiatives, P&C roadmap considerations, and organizational planning.
- Lead employee relations matters, including employee concerns, conflictresolutionand complex investigations, with fairness, discretion, and care.
- Partner with Legaland Complianceteamsto develop local policies, guidelines and documentation aligned with European labor laws and Vuori’s global practices.
- Provide effective andtimely
P&C support toaddressemployee inquiries. - Maintain expert understanding in
European and UK employment law.
- Deliver tailored
P&Crelated training sin partnership with Learning &Development and Retail Learning & Development (e.g., performance reviews, coaching and feedback,leadership development,new program implementation, etc.). - Coach and advise leaders and employees at all levels to strengthen performance, leadership effectiveness, teamhealth and communication.
- Partner with store leadership toidentifycapability gaps, future staffing needs, and opportunities to elevate team performance.
- Use employee feedback and insights to develop regional action plans focused on strengthening engagement,connection and alignment to Vuori’s purpose.
- Lead country-wide initiatives that reinforce ourcompanyvalues across retail stores and office teams.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and the Global Talent Acquisition team to build a strong hiring pipeline for HQ& Retail Leadership roles, while building local hiring practices.
