A leading housing organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Neighbourhood Services to lead a large operational housing management function across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior housing professional with strong experience across neighbourhood services, tenancy management, customer experience and operational performance to join a fast-paced and resident-focused organisation.

Key responsibilities

Leading neighbourhood and housing management services across multiple sites
Driving service improvement, operational performance and resident satisfaction
Managing and developing high‑performing operational teams
Overseeing KPIs, complaints handling and customer engagement
Leading on complex tenancy, ASB and neighbourhood management matters
Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business
Supporting service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will have

Significant experience within senior housing/neighbourhood management roles
Strong operational leadership and people management skills
Experience managing performance, complaints and customer‑focused services
A strong understanding of social housing and regulatory environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to quickly stabilise and improve services within an interim capacity

This is a hybrid role with travel required to sites across London.
