Management of the Global Administration function – responsible for offices, facilities, and services – across the organisation (currently 8 offices);

The efficient and professional operation of the London headquarters, overseeing a facilities manager to ensure high standards and disciplined execution (and replicating that work globally);

Working with HR and Corporate Operations on London team engagement and management, individually and collectively.

The role requires someone with excellent corporate intelligence, who is a systems‑thinker and process‑builder as well as problem‑solver.

• Proven Leadership:
  Experience in a senior management, operations, or strategic consulting role.
• Executive Exposure:
  Extensive experience working directly with C‑suite executives, boards of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Project Delivery:
  Track record of successfully leading complex, cross‑functional projects from inception to completion.
• Change Management:
  Experience driving organisational change, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
