About the RoleWe are seeking a Partner, Head of Executive Office & Group Strategy to join the Head Office at 55 Baker Street, London.
The Head of Group Strategy & Executive Office is a senior leadership role working closely with the Senior Partner to shape, prioritise and drive the Group strategy and agenda, ensuring the partnership focuses on long‑term value.
Scope and AuthorityIn the next phase of growth, the role will articulate and evolve the Group’s overarching vision and strategic ambition, translate ambition into clear enterprise priorities, and ensure alignment across the global network.

- Reports to the Senior Partner & Group Chair and acts as Officer to the Group Executive Board.
- Collaborates closely with the Executive Office team, Global Head of Corporate Affairs, Senior Partner Communications, Group CFO, Group CPO, Regional strategic leaders, CRO, COO and CMO.
- Must interface with the Group CFO, Group CPO and other executives to ensure focus on Group strategic priorities.
- Group Strategy Development & Prioritisation – support Senior Partner in developing, evolving and integrating strategic agenda.
- Strategic Advisor to the Senior Partner – provide objective challenge and insight on critical matters.
- Global Connection, Integration & Transformation – shape major enterprise‑wide initiatives and ensure strategic coherence.
- Executive Governance & Leadership Effectiveness – ensure effective functioning of the Group Executive Board.
- Executive Office Leadership – lead the Executive Office team, setting expectations and developing capability.
- Senior Partner Matters and Initiatives – lead and coordinate high‑impact projects sponsored by the Senior Partner.
- Group Connectivity & Industry Influence – represent the Senior Partner, guide investment decisions and engage in industry forums.
