GAIL’s Bread in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Baker to lead and develop a team, setting high standards for baked goods and ensuring food safety across the bakery. You will train others, take charge, and act as a positive role model to keep displays fresh and inviting.
Expect early starts around 5:30am–6:30am; you will prove and bake items for displays, know recipes inside out, and drive the team to achieve exceptional quality and customer satisfaction every day.
