As the Senior Meetings Lead (Maternity Cover), you will design and deliver impactful experiences that heighten engagement, support growth and reinforce our culture. A key focus of this role will be acting as the strategic lead and architect for two flagship leadership meetings in Europe and East Asia, shaping their vision, structure and delivery end‑to‑end. You will lead across creative direction, production and logistics, ensuring each experience is seamlessly executed and aligned with business objectives.

This requires strong cross‑functional influence, operational excellence, and the ability to manage critical partnerships and significant budgets with precision and accountability.

What you’ll do Global Event & Program Management
  • Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑impact, global leadership programs, ensuring they reflect and reinforce firm culture, values and priorities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines while serving as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage key vendors while contributing to broader partnership strategies that maximize long‑term value and alignment with firm priorities.
  • Manage significant budgets and lead matrixed teams to deliver operational excellence with a focus on ROI.
  • Oversee all logistics, including registration, experience design, contingency planning and onsite execution.
  • Collect and analyze attendee insights to inform continuous improvement.
Event Production & Experience Design
  • Define and guide the creative and production strategy, partnering with internal teams and external partners to deliver purpose‑driven visual branding, physical environments and messaging.
  • Oversee production delivery, including technical and design elements.
  • Integrate creative strategies to maximize participation and engagement.
  • Apply leading trends, technologies and techniques to elevate the overall experience.
Leadership, Strategy & People Management
  • Lead, coach and develop team members to their full potential, providing ongoing feedback and mentorship.
  • Define roles, responsibilities and growth paths aligned with business needs, and allocate resources effectively across programs and priorities.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.
  • Shape and contribute to global meetings strategy, balancing cultural nuance with firm‑wide impact.
  • Drive consistency and operational excellence by establishing and standardizing best practices, toolkits, and operating models across the meetings portfolio.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and integrate emerging trends and innovations to evolve and future‑proof meetings strategy.
What you’ll bring
  • Significant experience in meetings management, leading complex, high‑profile meetings and/ or managing extensive event portfolios.
  • Experience working across European and Asian markets
  • Batchelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a similar, related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage significant budgets with measurable ROI
  • Strong background in people management, coaching and talent development.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to align strategy to firmwide goals
