Finastra is seeking a highly driven Customer Journey Transformation Program Manager to support a critical modernisation initiative within the Lending business unit. This role operates at the intersection of the COO, Product (CPO), Sales (CRO) and Technology (CTO) to ensure customers are prepared for upcoming platform upgrades and migration journeys.

You will lead cross-functional execution, develop playbooks, govern milestones, and deliver clear insights to the leadership team.
