Team BMS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major ELVS package for a high-profile data centre project in East London. You will own BMS, EMS and CNS delivery from pre-construction through installation, commissioning and handover, coordinating planners, QS, subcontractors and site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Essential experience includes large-scale ELVS/MEP delivery, strong leadership and contractual awareness, plus proficiency with MS Project or Asta
