Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team based full time on a Commercial Office building in Central London.

The purpose of the role will be to ensure that operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and the business processes. Services to be delivered with high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all sites remain compliant.

You’ll:
  • Supervise direct reports to an effective level to maintain high standards of performance at all times.
  • Manage all PPM's and reactive PPM's to ensure completed within SLA to the highest standards.
  • Manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Management of client relationship on a daily basis;
  • Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met;
  • Qualified in engineering discipline at NVQ level or higher
  • Electrical Experience Essential
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience of FM service delivery
  • Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation
