Take one paid day off annually to support a cause you're passionate about! Main responsibilities Manage and motivate your team - offer guidance, nurture, and support. Ensure the core service hours at covered by the team at all times through effective rota management. Overseeing the daily reception operations and ensuring a welcoming environment. Ensure SOPs are up to date and are being followed.
Build relationships with key stakeholders. Work closely with the client to continue improving the guest experience. The ideal candidate will Share our Rapport values:
