Assistant Manager Responsibilities and Duties Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to meet organizational goals

Supervise and support team members to ensure high performance and productivity

Monitor daily activities and address any issues promptly to maintain smooth operations

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and initiatives

Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively

Be present on the floor, a manager must touch every single table

Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in managerial role Table service experience
