Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an MEP Site Manager with a mechanical bias to lead on a high-end West End residential project. The role runs for 12 months starting in August, overseeing six luxury apartments and all mechanical and electrical services on site.
You will chair progress meetings, coordinate trades, keep the programme on track and uphold stringent health and safety standards, with a focus on fast-paced delivery and meticulous attention to detail.
