Clinic Manager Position – Family run Pregnancy Clinic based in Central London – Up to £65,000 – Full Time
About the Role:
This role is based at a leading private clinic dedicated to providing exceptional prenatal care, specialising in advanced fetal medicine, obstetric, and gynaecological services. We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager who is ready to lead a large administrative team and be the bridge between Admin and Clinicians. They are also open to hearing from Registered Midwives who are looking to move into a Senior Operational Role.
The Practice Manager role spans all three brands and three London locations.
- Take ownership of all operations across London
- Lead, motivate, and manage a large team of administrative, reception, and clinical support staff
- Build and manage staff rotas across three locations, coordinating admin cover with clinician schedules
- Manage relationships with ultrasound manufacturers and other suppliers, including servicing, upgrades, and procurement
- Track and follow up patient referrals, ensuring timely communication to patients and referrers
- Oversee patient flow, scheduling, and administrative processes to keep clinics running efficiently
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation
- Maintain compliance with CQC requirements, regulatory standards, and clinical governance
- Handle escalated patient queries and uphold exceptional customer service standards
- Drive staff training, development, and performance management
- Shape operational policies and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes
- A motivated, confident leader with proven experience managing large teams, ideally in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Demonstrable experience building and running complex rotas, ideally across multiple sites
- Strong IT skills, familiarity with clinic management software, and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with budgeting, resource management, and financial oversight
- Excellent communication skills for working with patients, clinicians, suppliers, and external partners
- A solid understanding of healthcare operations, ideally within obstetrics, gynaecology, or prenatal diagnostics
- Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management
- Exceptional organisation, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail with a focus on regulatory standards
- A degree or diploma in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
