One of the UK's leading service providers is currently looking to recruit a Contract Manager to work across a collection of blue-chip buildings based in Central London.

As a company, they manage properties for a number of well known commercial clients and are considered one of the best in their field.

The main purpose of the role will be to ensure that all technical and service operations across the buildings are maintained to a very high standard.

There will also be a high level of responsibility with regards to compliance, technical systems and contractor management across the contracts.

Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of managing P&L and must also have a strong technical understanding.

The main duties will also include:

• Work closely with the client to make sure that the desired level of service is achieved.
• Manage and work alongside the appointed maintenance contractors.
• Manage agreed KPI and SLAs.
• Responsible for managing the companys H&S and environmental performance on site.
