Assistant Aftersales Manager

• Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 per annum
• Realistic OTE of up to £40,000
• Monday to Friday working hours, from 8am to 6pm

• Oversee the daily operations of the aftersales department to ensure smooth workflow
• Support and manage Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Achieve and maintain departmental targets related to profitability and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer contacts
• Monitor service processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Allocate resources effectively and assist with workload management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of aftersales processes and standards

• Previous experience in an assistant or senior service advisor role or similar within the automotive industry
• Proven leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good understanding of automotive aftersales processes
• Motivated, customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong operational awareness and problem-solving skills
