We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Account Executive / Account Manager to join an established and growing specialist business within the print and direct mail industry.

The Role

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.

While existing print knowledge is important, we are particularly interested in someone who is eager to learn, commercially aware and keen to develop their career
. Over the next 4-5 years, there will be the opportunity to develop your expertise further and move into the direct mail side of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects, ensuring agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and successfully delivered.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, action logs and reporting, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning and forecasting where required.
• Resolve day-to-day project queries, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate project and customer records while following established project management processes and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Previous experience in an account management, account executive, client services or customer-facing role.
• A good understanding of the print industry and print processes.
• A proactive approach and genuine willingness to learn.
