Experience Manager

Salary: £52,000 - £68,000

- Strategic Oversight:
Drive the delivery of a comprehensive workplace experience strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. - Contracts Management:
Oversee all contracts under your jurisdiction, ensuring they are executed professionally and meet the expectations of both customers and business partners. - Site Operations Management:
Implement industry best practises to create a first-class workplace experience for all on-site personnel. - Innovation and Technology:
Leverage innovative technologies and automation to develop new operational methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Sustainability Commitment:
Actively engage in sustainability initiatives, collaborating closely with the wider Workplace group and partners to promote eco-friendly practises. - Team Development:
Mentor and facilitate the training and development of team members, fostering a supportive and cooperative environment. - Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workplace Experience and Front of House operations, supporting the development of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Reporting:
Provide comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management as required. - Flexibility:
Be prepared to assist with other duties within the Workplace team when necessary.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities. - Project Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. - Customer Service Orientation: A steadfast commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- Experienced in a related role within a customer-facing environment such as facilities management or hospitality.
- Experience in a creative or social media environment is a plus.
- Flexibility in the types of tasks undertaken and availability to meet critical needs as they arise.
