Employability Team Leader

Salary: £37,000 per annum

Location: Tower Hamlets

As a Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind a team of Employment Advisors empowering, training, and inspiring them to create opportunities for participants. Youll champion innovation, inclusion, and performance excellence while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and teamwork. Leading by example, youll live and breathe the Ingeus values.

Beyond performance, your role is about creating opportunities, shifting mindsets, and transforming experiences for everyone you support participants at every stage of their journey and your team alike through strong people centred leadership.
