The People Pod seeks a Senior Design Manager to lead façade-led design strategy across high-rise remediation schemes. You will oversee consultants, façade contractors, and fire-engineering teams, driving technical consistency and governance to support programme, cost, and regulatory targets.
You will mentor design managers and coordinators, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure alignment with Building Safety Act, Gateway 2/3, golden thread, PAS 9980, and MOR requirements.
