As the Floor Manager, you will lead by example to ensure exceptional service delivery, both individually and as part of a cohesive team. Your focus will be on maintaining seamless operations while adhering strictly to restaurant policies and procedures. Being at the forefront of guest interactions, you'll develop a deep understanding of their preferences, enabling you to personalise their experience and surpass their expectations.

• Experience in a customer-facing, fast‑paced environment
