Head of ERM

I’m working with a leading insurance organisation on the appointment of a Head of Enterprise Risk Management.

This is a senior, highly visible role with significant exposure to Executive and Board-level stakeholders. You’ll lead the development of the ERM framework, provide independent challenge across key risk areas and play a key role in shaping risk strategy across the business.

Key areas of focus include:

• Enterprise Risk Management & Risk Appetite

• ORSA & Internal Model Validation

• Underwriting, Investment & Capital Risk

• Board & Executive-level Risk Reporting

• Leadership and development of a Risk team

We’re looking for an experienced senior risk professional from an insurance or London Market background, with strong ERM experience and the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level.
