CHS Group is seeking a Senior M&E QS/Managing Surveyor who can support the Commercial Director and develop into a Commercial Manager within 1–2 years. The role involves multi-site oversight, cost control, and proactive business growth with a view to forming a dedicated surveying team.
You'll manage CVRs, cash flow, subcontractor accounts, variations, and monthly cost reports while helping to shape the commercial strategy for upcoming projects.
