Regional Director – London Region

We are working with a growing, multi-site service business seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead and develop a key region across the South of England.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for commercial performance, operations, and people, offering the opportunity to drive significant growth and transformation within a well-established business.

The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a regional business unit, with responsibility for delivering sustainable growth, improving operational performance, and building a high-performing leadership team.

You will oversee multiple operational sites and lead both commercial and service delivery functions, ensuring consistent execution, strong customer outcomes, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
Driving revenue growth through new business, pricing strategy, and customer retention
Leading and developing multi-site operational teams
Improving service delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency
Managing and coaching a team of managers to deliver against KPIs
Strengthening pipeline performance, conversion, and commercial discipline
Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Identifying opportunities for regional expansion and improvement

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a commercially driven leader with a strong operational background and a track record of delivering performance across complex, field-based environments.

You will likely bring:

Experience in a regional, area, or multi-site leadership role
Proven ownership of P&L and financial performance
Background in service-led, operational or field-based businesses
Strong track record of delivering growth, efficiency, and margin improvement
Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
A hands-on, results-driven leadership style
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
