About Us

We are looking for aProject Managerto lead the successful delivery ofour Adult Skills programmes, helping Londonersgainthe skills,qualification sand employment opportunities they need tothrive.

Based within

Adult Skills Education Services, this rolewill oversee high-profile employability and vocational training programmes, including Talent Pathway sand Sector-based

Work Academy Programmes(SWAPs), ensuring they deliver outstanding outcomes for learners,employer sand funding partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational delivery of Adult Skills funded programmes, ensuring performance against contractual targets, KPIsand funding requirements.
  • Manage internal teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality training, work experience and progression opportunities.
  • Monitor programme performance, learner outcomes, budgets and risks, providing regular reports tosenior management.
  • Ensure compliance with funding rules, quality assurance standards, safeguarding and equality requirements.
  • Build andmaintainstrong partnerships with employers, Jobcentre Plus, referral agencies, community organisations and other stakeholders.
  • Overseeaccuratedatacollection, reporting and contract compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to promoteprogramme success through case studies and promotional materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement to maximise learner achievement and positive employment outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification, with a recognised project management qualification(such as PRINCE2, APM or PMP).
  • Have significant experience managing publicly funded skills,employabilityorvocationaltraining programmes.
  • Demonstrate a strong track recordofdelivering contracts against performance targets, KPIs and funding requirements.
  • Be experienced inleading teams and managing subcontractors to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management,communication and organisational skills.
  • Possess strong knowledge of quality assurance, contract compliance and government-funded training programmes.
  • Be passionate aboutimprovingopportunities for learner sand committed to equality,diversity and safeguarding.
  • Be a proactive, solution-focused leader with the abilityto manage multiple priorities ina fast-paced environment.
