Data Control Manager (CRS)
We're recruiting a Data Control Manager to lead data administration and reporting across our Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS) contracts for people on probation, a role that sits right at the heart of how we prove our impact and keep services accountable to the people who fund them.
The roleAs Data Control Manager, you'll manage the data administration function across your service area, leading a team of Administration Officers, Senior Administration Officers and Data Administrators. You'll be the vital link between frontline delivery and the data that Commissioners, national bodies like OHID, and Forward's own leadership rely on to understand what's working.
You’ll:- Lead, recruit, supervise and develop a team of AOs/Senior AOs/Data Administrators
- Own the collation and quality of data reported to Commissioners, including quarterly reports and monthly KPIs
- Oversee NDTMS submissions and DAMs monthly reporting, auditing data quality ahead of every deadline
- Maintain and audit Forward's databases, working across systems including Nebula, Refer & Monitor, Systm One, DET and C-Nomis
- Train and support administration teams to keep data accurate and audit-ready
- Attend Contract Review meetings and act as a trusted point of contact for Commissioners and stakeholders
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems and processes across your service area
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced Power BI / Power Query skills
- Experience with Nebula, Refer & Monitor, Systm One, DET, DAMs and C-Nomis, or equivalent case management/data systems
- At least three years' administrative support experience within a large team, comfortable working in a pressured environment
- Strong experience working with large datasets, ideally within a healthcare or public sector setting
- Experience managing and developing people, including recruitment, supervision and training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound attention to detail
- A Level 5 management qualification, or willingness to work towards one
- Experience working in a confidential or secure environment
- Power BI reporting experience, including DAX
- A Business Studies qualification, or a database administration qualification (or willingness to work towards either)
