Senior Private Residence Manager | Super-Prime Residences

Scope:
This role will be responsible for the continued development of the Private Residences division, advancing technical knowledge to practical solutions, while remaining actively involved in account manager and client relationships, operational delivery and portfolio management.

Role:
You will act as a senior and trusted point of contact for principals, family offices and their advisers, ensuring that every residence is exceptionally maintained, financially controlled, operationally ready and cared for with discretion and attention to detail.

You will also play an important role in developing the Private Residences proposition as Townhouse continues to grow its portfolio and relationships within the international UHNW market.

Monday–Friday 09:00am–06:00pm (additional hours as required to fulfil the role).

Duty Manager weekend shifts every 6-8 weeks

As Senior Private Residence Manager
, you will lead the operational and technical management of Townhouse’s Private Residences portfolio. The role requires strong technical knowledge of super-prime residential property, combined with an understanding that these assets are not simply bricks and mortar, but homes for UHNW principals and their families.

Working closely with the Director of Client Services and the wider Private Office, Lifestyle and Travel teams, you will ensure each residence is well maintained, compliant, financially controlled, operationally ready and aligned with the way each family uses its home.

You will strengthen systems, reporting, project planning, supplier performance and team capability, while ensuring Townhouse’s service standards remain consistent across a growing portfolio.

• Serve as a senior member of the management team, contributing to business strategy, commercial growth and the development of the Private Residences division.
• Develop practical systems, standards and reporting that support consistent property management and client service across the portfolio.
• Work with the Director of Client Services to align technical property delivery with Townhouse’s wider service framework.
• Lead Account Managers, property professionals, contractors and suppliers with clear expectations, accountability and technical guidance.
• Manage the in-house housekeeping team.

• Develop trusted relationships with principals, family offices and professional advisers.
• Communicate clearly with UHNW clients, knowing when to provide detail, make a recommendation or resolve a matter quietly.
