This is a large-scale brand experience and events agency with in-house creative, design, logistics and production capability, operating across automotive, pharma, e-gaming and beyond. The Event Operations Lead
- Automotive sits at the heart of a busy automotive events delivery team, overseeing a group of experienced event project managers and ensuring the operational engine runs effectively, on budget and on brief.

• Lead and develop a team of 10+ automotive event project managers through regular 1-to-1s
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across the team
• Review project costings and ensure ROI is delivered
• Support motivation and performance across the delivery function
• Provide occasional on-site support at peak periods when needed
• Work closely with senior leadership on operational effectiveness

The right person for this Event Operations Lead
- Automotive role has built a serious career in automotive client events within an agency setting, and has reached a point where leading people is the motivation. You will have hands-on people management experience, a firm grip on cost control and ROI, and enough delivery credibility to command respect from an experienced team of event project managers.

International events experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates who have stepped back from full event delivery and are ready to focus on team leadership are very much of interest, as are those currently at Project Director level looking to shift their focus from delivery to people management.

Salary of up to £70,000 comes with a clearly defined leadership remit, a respected team and an agency that genuinely invests in its people.
