QBE Europe is recruiting a business-facing programme manager to join our well-established technology services function, supporting our UK Insurance, Customer and Pricing team in our London office. The purpose of this role is to provide business partnering capability for our Customer Portfolio, ensuring that business requirements are captured and translated into a clear technology roadmap, whilst providing project management leadership and support, ensuring the successful execution of all assigned projects.

This role involves taking full responsibility for defining, documenting, and delivering complex programmes and projects, whilst managing resources, costs, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
