You'll be working across a high-profile Urology division, partnering with clinical and non-clinical leads to meet key service targets. What we're looking for:- Senior-level NHS operational leadership experience
- Proven track record delivering service improvements in complex clinical settings
- Strong grip on performance, financial, and workforce management
