Department Manager - Harrods Collection Womenswear We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Department Manager to lead our Womenswear Collection business s role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience, and developing a high-performing team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop a team of luxury retail professionals.
- Drive sales, productivity and KPI performance.
- Deliver world-class hosting and personalised client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal clients.
- Ensure exceptional visual, operational and service standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model on the shop floor.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support business needs, events and peak trading periods.
