We're looking for acollaborative and people-focused Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee a key cleaning contract for our rail client. In this role, you'll lead and support a team of four Operations Managers and eight Duty Managers across their 35 sites between London and Kent, helping them deliver excellent service while maximising contract performance. You'll take a hands-on approach-combining site visits with strategic planning-to ensure consistency, innovation, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.
