Salary: £41,525 - £43,709 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

  Monday-Saturday (with one weekday off)

Are you a qualified Dispensing Optician ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our established Putney team and drive exceptional customer experiences.

As Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of the practice, balancing commercial performance with outstanding patient care. You'll lead and develop your team, build strong customer relationships and create an environment where both colleagues and customers feel valued.

You will be a confident and experienced Dispensing Optician with strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset. You'll enjoy developing others, leading by example and creating a successful branch environment.
