There is a huge amount going on across the business, and we are looking for a GM who can bring energy, structure and leadership to the operation, while continuing to drive the commercial performance of a £10m+ business.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk.
You will be highly visible, leading from the front, developing your senior team and creating a culture where people want to work, perform and progress.

- Take full ownership of operational standards, commercial performance and guest experience
- Lead, develop and motivate a team of 100+ across a complex, high-volume operation
- Build a strong senior management team and develop the next generation of hospitality talent
- Drive sales, profitability, labour performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain exceptional service standards across busy trading periods, events and peak nights
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver the wider commercial strategy
- Bring fresh ideas, energy and talent into the business and continue to evolve the operation
- Be highly visible across the venue and create a strong, accountable and positive team culture
- Proven General Manager experience within a high-volume London pub, bar, restaurant, late-night or entertainment-led business
- Experience managing large teams and complex, multi-faceted operations
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, with experience running a £10m+ business or a significant high-volume operation
- A genuine people leader who knows how to recruit, develop and retain great hospitality talent
- Highly energetic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of London hospitality and what it takes to operate at the highest level
- Commercially sharp, operationally strong and confident making decisions
- A natural leader who can bring people with them and create a high-performance culture
- Experience of events, entertainment, late-night or high-volume trading would be highly advantageous
This is a seriously exciting opportunity for a proven London operator to take ownership of a major £10m+ hospitality business, lead a team of 100+ and make a genuine impact on the future direction of the venue.
